FM93.7. Amy Goodman’s Democracy Now! program can be heard in Rancho Bernardo/North San Diego on 93.7 FM, part of KPFK Pacifica Radio 90.7 FM Los Angeles. Weekdays 6 AM – 7AM, Repeats at 9 AM. Ring of Fire with Robert Kennedy Jr. airs Thursdays, 3-4pm. KPFK has diverse programming content, commercial free. http://www.kpfk.org/
AM810/KGO. At night, you can hear political/social commentary on The Gene Burns Program, 7-10pm via San Franciscso’s legendary KGO radio, Liberal Ray Taliaferro hosts “The Early Show” from 1-5am. San Diego’s own Stacy Taylor has been hosting the Saturday, 7-10pm show !
AM1150/KTLK Los Angeles. If you’re far enough up in North County, you can hear LA’s Progressive Talk station, KTLK-AM with Thom, Randi, Stephanie, Mike, plus Gayle King and others.
AM1450/KPTR, Palm Springs. NEW PROG TALK STATION in SoCal! You can get prog talk in Palm Springs as of Feb. 2010 on KPTR/AM1450. Line-up includes Thom Hartmann, Ed Schultz, Randi Rhodes. Mike Malloy, Stephanie Miller, and others.
